What Happened in the Jack Phillips Case?

The court has been very reticent to do any sort of a sweeping changes or sweeping decision saying, this is how you should live together. So that's really where this case is so important. And it's coming out of the same state of colorado, which has shown itself to be very aggressive in trying to align everyone's belief to this new way of thinking about marriage. In other words, i guess, to sum up, and to what's probably been too long an answer, there will have to be free speech ramifications here in this decision.
