How to Write a Good Letter
Lots of letters seem to not have been written physically by the person who wanted to write them. We know that because you have a collection where there are six letters from the same person to the family and they're all in different hand writing. So they've obviously found somebody else to dictate the letter to professional scribe on a market corner or again in a very wealthy family which could have had people dedicated to that. They would be in a sense a slave economy of educated slaves who would be working in a literary way to speed up the process.
