Do You Think Management Teams Communicate the Right Way?

I'm definitely contrary inon management teams, the ones that a lot of people like, i i don't like as much. And it has to do mainly in their communication, but also some other things. I think my focus is mainly on about how they communicate, how honest they are, and what their attitudes are. But that's a little hard to judge, as much as personality thinks.
