The best thing to do is look in your local city because there's improv theaters popping up all over the place, especially in the US. You can just go try one or two classes for free. Or maybe it's like $5. That's nothing expensive just to kind of rope you in. And then take the full level. So if you know what skill you want to work on, you can look up improv exercises.
