Bill Burr: I think I always tell the truth whenever they pull you over. Most of the times they still give you the ticket, but sometimes if you just fucking honest, it's towards the end of their shift, they'll actually let you go. And of course being a freckled face, howdy, doody looking white guy probably doesn't hurt me.
