What Are the Disadvantages of Giving Fluids in Congestive Heart Failure?

In congestive heart failure, I think that the downsides of giving fluids is probably a little bit more than someone that you know has got a fairly good heart. Just because they have heart failure doesn't mean that it's a contraindication to fluids, especially in the intensive care unit. The other thing to remember is, again, like you have to kind of balance what are the downsides and what's the upside of giving the fluid.
