Shil gi: I picked up three things as i was listening to kind of you tell your story. First of all, what i like is that you recognized leadership that was in maybe a non traditional form. And then i picked up on two things that you said, that we're helping you grow. You know, the first time you told me the story about reading it, it meant a lot to me. So we're re releasing that book next year, expanded version. I think we're gon to call it lead like it matters.
