The Golden Shadow

The idea is that we all have this thing called a self concept. Unconsciously, we tell ourselves the story of who we are. And if anger, by your religious, spiritual tradition, or even just your family culture, whatever it is, would then have to be repressed,. and you would never develop skilfulness around it. But i think it's important to note there is also something called the golden shadow where we may also, because of our conditioning family culture, or otherwise, repress and push away the emphasis on these really positive attributes.
