Is There a Rebounding of Population in Neighborhoods?

There are clearly neighborhoods at that gentrify, but them people are leaving the neighborhoods that don't get better as well. There isn't really an appreciable difference in the aggregate in out migration rates in those neighborhoods that improve. Whether they gentrify or not, whether they improve or not, i think they're leaving for different reasons. I think sometimes the housing prices go up.
