The most important thing for any kind of marketer and salesperson is to actually help create the space in the brain for the solution to fall into. Most CEOs are pretty articulate about the problems that they have you have to dig because most most CEOs are so optimistic that they don't really reveal their struggles much but at the same time they have them. The more you can actually help them articulate them the more they're going to value you that.
