The Ryan High Ed Act

An 18 year old was able to get some prescription vikinin from a doctor online and he ended up over dosing. That's when they established this ryan high ed act which was focusing on the abuse of painkillers and opioids. There is also a high school football player in taxes no less who took anabolic steroids and did very well but then things kind of crashed after he stopped using them. He had some real problems that wound up committing suicide right?
