Garland is the former Senior Leader responsible for cybersecurity for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), one of the founders of the FBI’s Insider Threat Center and provisioned implementation of multiple data science, investigative and analytic systems. An expert in Insider Threat Programs, Data Analytics, Cyber defense and operational programs, Garris brings 29 years of professional experience, 15 of which were served within national security agencies.
