The Foundation of a Pixar

There's a great quote from this book, a creativity ink, about the foundation of a pixar. At that point it was much easier to explain to someone how to become a doctor, ye than it was to become an animator. The general road mack of becoming a creator at that time was just like, i don't know, dye, start up looting vinios and then see what happens. I mean, thing it is better now. But even when, i think i've always kind of had a chip on my shoulder about how opaque certain things are in the industry.
