How Do You Use the Ocean Breath?

If i already have a strong mind body connection, i'm feeling like i'm pretty dialed in and everything's going to be great. If i've lost my body and my mind is all over the place, i'll use an aggressive, louder sound to really lasso that mind back into the body, get grounded. And then after four or five of those kind of louder sounds, then i'll dial it back to a moderate sound. So there's three different ways you can use it  and always pick the way that you use the least amount of energy to refine your awareness of what's xpected of you.
