In the world of tec companies, we produce a lot of data. And when they try to break silaws for business processes to work it's just hard. So my approach is simple: It's needed that we see data as a product and set up data marks for different parts of the organization. By this approach, we can really tackle 80 % of all the questions and the decision making needs that arise in the company. For the rest of the 20 per cent, it's the hard part where you lead the data analetic team to understand how data can add value.
