The Importance of Machine Learning for Clinicians

The number one thing all clinicians want to do is stop typing stuff into the ehr. My pi was still practicing every every wednesday and he stopped practicing because it was so frustrating to input data for his patients. One that we've done at the b.i.is for patients admitted to the emergency room when you type that their chief complaint is chest pain there is a machine learning model that pops up suggestions saying oh are they also complaining of shortness of breath? That's a great example of sort of building in some kind of model some kind of other than that fits into their workflow that improves their workflows, i'm sure everybody would be happy to adopt.
