How Much Protein Should You Eat?

Protein is not a very high quality protein in the context of its amino acid structure but it's content but it's not that bad. As you get older you need to eat a higher rate of higher level of protein intake at least 1.2 to 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram per day if you're using if you're in a very intense physical circumstance such as exercise or military training. We did a very a pretty large study in weight loss showing that to maintain muscle mass and weight loss that you have to have at least 1,2 grams of kilograms per day.
