I think that emotional wellness I really call it emotional fitness how to become emotionally fit just like physically fit and I think having peak immersion experiences are the way to do that. It is sort of weirdly addictive to see your brain working in real time. We don't have that fine granularity to know which part of that I like so it's all algorithms in the cloud. And real time is hard but can do so much math in the cloud really fast signal extraction all this kind of stuff going on it's just a collaborative area so.
