Chris Foulon, founder and co-host of the Breaking Into Cybersecurity podcast provided me with a bunch of great signposts about some of the main strategies that you and your stakeholders are concentrating on to address the many issues the industry is facing. One of the short term issues you addressed is something we've been beating the wrong about on the show for ages quote we would encourage employers to start re-examining their job descriptions so they include skills competencies and abilities to help solve those problems then prioritize internal training and continuous education processes in order to develop all the other nice to have skills and aptitude you can teach candidates over time.
