Isaiah chose his words very intentionally to conceive and to bring forth. James would say something similar in the New Testament that every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed. So there we see how temptation forms. From conception to birth to growing up and to dying. In fact, that's what was hatching all along. Was death from lust to sin to spiritual death. You want to talk about separation from God? That's the ultimate example of it.
