Counts That Are Distributed Like a Posson

In many ways, it's a very easy test because you would expect the distribution of theaccounts to be much more varying than a passon. And so comparing the numbers against that distribution is is a fair test. The vast majority of countries passed the test with flying colors andd had no significant issue at all. However, some countries did fail this test, 17 in total. This suggests somewhat clumsy foul play.
