I was going to talk about, you know, that idea of how valuable it is to every once in a while, just kind of audit your experience. There's a great example of this from CD Baby. Derek Sivers, who started CD Baby, realized they were sending out a pretty vanilla confirmation email when you ordered a CD with them. He really just looked at it one day and thought, this is an opportunity to do something remarkable. It can apply to any business.
