Running Is a Hard Thing, Isn't It?

I've been training t kettle bells for about 18 months, five days a week in the fall, winter and spring. I do mobility training every day and a lot of walking. When i'm not golfing, i train on a spinbike. My knees don't enjoy running any more because my knees don't want to be runnin' John: If you ran every day on the beach barefoot, your knee would be in a much happier place.
