The Importance of Financial Components in a Loyalty Program
Financial is an important component of the value proposition, but it continues to only be a component of you can't overweight to it because it won't deliver the outcomes that you're looking for. And what I'm also inspired by as well, Megan, is this idea that in certain sectors, there are opportunities to have propositions that may not need a currency. You've mentioned Lulu Lemon, we've talked about Nike. We're seeing a lot more both formality to that long term, embedded intertwined kind of co relationships between brands and they're doing it through their loyalty propositions. So super exciting to hear all of those coming through.
