Using Your Mind to Trouble Shoot and Problem Solve
Pique mind is training the mind so that we can manoeuvre through difficult circumstances with more ease, instead of working against our selves. Watch your mind in those moments and do things like a formal term for this is called dicentring - where you are no longer productively using your mind. Ais not helping us trouble shoot. It's not helping us problem solve, and its driving down our mood. And once we cind of opened ourselves up to that, we might be able to make different choices,. maybe get ourselves backn a real problem solving approach than being stuck in these states.
