I think it's a loaded question because there's two ways to look at it. The first thing that you need to evaluate is how is this person feel from a comfortable standpoint when communicating the other individuals. It's understanding your interpersonal communication, comfort abilities and if you're not comfortable with strangers or other people, then it may not be the right career path. And I will tell you, getting to the high end executives and the boards were very uncomfortable early on until you surround yourself with the right people who have been there before. To make it comfortable, but sales is much more than just being open to being exposed to what it is.
