The Story of Victor Ernest Hoffman

Victor ernest hoffman was charged with capital slaying of james peterson. Sent to the university psychiatric hospital in saskatoon to be assessed. Diagnosed as scitsophranic, but deemed to stand trial. Court appointed g e noble to act as defence counsel for victorhoffman. With 18 years practice experience under his belt, mister noble went about formulating a strategy. But he decided his main problem would be to try and overcome what he thought should be the danger - that jurors were fed up with people being released from hospital and killing people. He had to make them see that there was more to the story.
