The Modern Ocean of Rights in Islam and Liberalism

Islam and liberalism, at one level, are both concerned about the individual. The way that these consider articulated differs radically. Islam's language of Islamic juridical tradition is primarily the language of responsibilities and obligations rather than rights and liberties. Liberalism does not really concern itself in intrinsic qualities such as trustworthiness or righteousness,. It's about practicality rather than being more than in of itself.
