In 2016, victims and their families who had been victims of Hamas terrorist attacks sued Facebook in a federal court in New York under the anti-terrorism act. In 2008, the Fair Housing Council of San Fernando Valley sued the website roommates.com for violating California's housing discrimination laws. And that case is very, very similar to the one we're talking about today. The force court rejected exactly the same argument that is now before the Supreme Court.
