Xenophon says Tissa Fernes was the one responsible for originally alienating the two royal brothers from each other. He slandered Cyrus before King Artaxerxes, and that eventually led to Artaxer Persia retaliating against Cyrus' coup attempt. A Giselleus is becoming a laconic Spartan man in his brief way who speaks to them in front of their faces.
