How to Diagnose Poor to Pulmonary Hypertension

In patients who present to us with advanced symptoms of poor to pulmonary hypertension, these individuals will most commonly complain of fatigue. They may sometimes complain of dizziness or lightheadedness. But that typically is only those who have advanced disease and we want to try and capture patients before they get to that stage. So for our patient who is presenting with dyspion, exertion, as well as lower extremity edema, I think that there may be some concern. That she is presenting with poor tomonary hypertension.
