Confucius institutes were a kind of culture and educational institutions where you could learn about china. Nowat were there concerns about who was funding the confucius institute or something? I wasn't really aware of this whole issue. It hasn't got much attention here. Confucius institute, by definition, will be a foreign object on your soul.
