There's no third party state to enter into this disequilibrium on each side of the contract. So it really tips the scales even further in the direction of accumulation or those who have access to accumulation. Everything will hinge on that because they're trying to substitute trust metrics for the state, which is obviously an enforcement mechanism with very different parameters.
