The Correlation Between Pastoral Stress and Disencouragement
The churches are shrinking. The resources are shrinking. And the reason that this becomes such a layered stress in a pastor's life and reason of discouragement is there's a clear correlation. That he's feeling the personal stress, the church stress, and then the fact that the church stress is going to affect his personal finances. Yeah. It was stupid. You didn't listen to everything or you didn't have all the information...you're paying the price for it now.
