Shanali: Black people are starting small businesses faster than any other demographic. Goldman Sachs saw this as an opportunity, and launched 1 million black women in business two years ago. Shanali: But after three years, what we're finding is that the majority of those businesses have failed. Is there a risk that some of the strides made with trying to close racial wealth gap will unwound?
