Building a Culture in the Emergency Department

There are a wide variety of differences there across high performing teams. The way that you com nate, the way that you interact with each other is widely different among the edges of the spectrums. As a senior official, i would go out of my way during a time out to engage with the other officials and build up their confidence in those little micro moments where they might be having an internal conversation.
