The Challenges Organizational Leaders Face

The world is getting more complex, and i think our organizations are too. And the kind of challenges i see organizational leaders face these days are ones that you really actually need cocreation to solve. Different people experience the problem in different ways. It's so easy to slip away from that and have these social goals take over. You have to incentivize the other side of things, or you'd have to do it's good.
