I just think it's important to stress that when you see these things on Instagram and you see become fluent in 30 days become fluent in 60 days speak like a native in two weeks it's not true. There is no magic formula I think one thing that everybody looks for is quick fixes okay we live in a quick fix society so don't put yourself down if you feel your progress is slower than you're expecting it takes time.
