Immortality in the New Testament
In theological and philosophical discussions, ita is commonly used as immortality in the discussions. But when you look at it from a biblical perspective, you got to look at all the words used that could refer that referred to a after life for the wicked or for the righteous. So just because the word immortality is not used doesn't mean the new testament text does not teach that the wicked are not going to live forever in a state of immortality.
