I feel like with fitness, one is looking for something shiny and new. And i don't know that we need shiny andnew. I think there's been enough reliable research showing what is effective and what is not. One of the things that we struggle with here at the ready state is that i am constantly, still trying to use social media to teach. That's not hyperpole. It's a really interesting time.
