Are Business Coaches Biased?

If you agree with everything someone says, I don't think they're a thought leader. You need to create dissonance and conflict to try and find a resolution. Business coaches aren't business coaches. They're not coaches. And how do you lecture and teach something that you don't have expertise in? That's what it means to be an ideas-driven person.
