The Evolution of Subscriptions
The idea of prosumer software paying subscriptions at that price point was just like offensive somehow. Now we get a lot more of the comparisons to Netflix or Spotify and they cost the same per month as your product. The place where we succeed is when we're dealing with someone who views reading not as a form of consumption or entertainment, but as an investment in themselves.
