How to Fast for Menopause

In the first half, as we discussed, you're more insulin sensitive because of estrogen. It's one of the reasons women gain weight in menopause is because our estrogen drops. So that's a really great time to fast, to go lower carb and do some carnivore days. And then I'll have a major carb up day where it's, you know, 150 grams of carbs, we up the calories. You're just signal to the system like, hey, we just had this low calorie, no carb carnivore time. Burn up the tail.
