Building Psychological Safety in a Team

MasterCard's Gerlondo Aletto was intentional about building psychological safety in his team. He prioritized them coming together, he set up some powerful one-on-one conversations with each other. And then the one thing that really was also interesting is he implemented well, at the same time they implemented MS Teams chat. They started sharing within the chat. Yeah, I'm having a terrible day. A client did this, that and the other. So that everyone started to be more vulnerable with each other,. But also sharing highlights, sharing fun movies and films and things like that.
