The SEC has filed a lawsuit against Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world. The CFTC had already been subjected to a lawsuit from the crypto industry. This comes after a year of kind of collapses and declines and other lawsuits that companies in it have been subject to.

Paris Marx is joined by Molly White to discuss the Securities and Exchange Commission’s lawsuits against Binance and Coinbase and what they might mean for the future of the crypto industry.
