Is There a Capacity for Free Will?

Free will also connect with moral questions, like attributing moral responsibility to someone punishing people that perform some behaviors that we consider to be bad. So it's very plausible to argue that having the capacity for free will is a necessary condition for being the kind of entity or agent who can be held responsible for their actions. Some additional conditions like certain knowledge or information or foreseeability conditions really have to be in place and that's a those are complicated issues which still need to be discussed in more philosophy.
