I would work on Tuesdays from 9.30 in the morning to three in the afternoon and then eat lunch. On Wednesdays, I would do a health class at night and skip dinner until like 10 p.m. It took two years to get my adrenals under control but you have to take a break from what you're doing. You know, people, we live in this society of if you don't work, you don't make money. If there's no money, there's a massive amount of stress.
