Is There a Difference Between Diet and Anxiety?

There are four randomized clinical trials showing a positive outcome of using food to treatment all health conditions in one negative trial. For me, it is not rocket science. Brain is a most complex organ. It uses more calories than anything else in your body. If you're treating anxiety, depression or looking to prevent things like psychosis, wouldn't you really implement diet in an active way? And so i do think this a challenge to my field, to an son, as, you know, to understand where this fits and to do it effectively.
