IoT at Scale - What's the Biggest Challenge?

There's a lot of misinformation in the market and vendors are still making their decisions around whether or not this is even in the industry where they're going to stay in. My single biggest concern with IoT is that we haven't thought through what IoT at scale means. And I think having that longer term vision, having your data strategy sorted out right at the start, that to me is the key thing for the longer term success.
