U b i is a policy designed for a world where everyone has lost their job and the robots have replaced us all. The question of, should the redistribution money go primarily to the truly needy, or should it be divided up into smaller packets and handed out to everyone? How about carbon tax? Carbon tax in theory seems interesting. A, raises revenue. B, you tax something that's harming the planet. There are over 200 countries who agree on climate change but not how big it is.
